Other issues that may be discussed during a consultation is whether each party is safe living in the same house, since a court in Missouri cannot generally order one person to move out of the house without an order of protection or other compelling reasons. There may be questions of whether you can or should date during the divorce process, whether you want to hire experts to value businesses or conduct a forensic evaluation, and whether there may be custody, psychological, or vocational evaluations that you should consider.
