I had a friend come into our office the other day to see the new office space, and she commented that the space felt “personal”. I can’t think of a better way to try to convey to our clients that their case is important to us, than to allow them to walk into a space that feels comforting to them, and personal to us.
Our offices have comfortable chairs, and wallpaper, there is paint on the walls in shades of blue. The space is calm, but also strong. We enjoy our time there working, but we also enjoy our time there together as friends. My hope is that our clients feel the same: that they feel supported by a firm that likes working together, that feels strongly about what they do, that is supportive of them, and that it feels as personal to them, as it feels to us.
