Erin has practiced family law exclusively since she graduated from law school, working with some of the most highly-respected attorneys in the field, prior to founding Lee & Decker Family Law, LLC. She has years of experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, custody matters, and high net worth cases. Erin is a sought-after attorney in matters involving closely-held businesses, high net worth assets, and evaluating complex financial issues.
In addition, Erin works with clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as advising clients prior to filing for divorce to answer questions and provide advice that can be invaluable when preparing for potential litigation.
Erin is also a Guardian Ad Litem in custody conflicts, which allows her to speak with children and advise the court as to what she believes is in the children’s best interest. This perspective allows Erin to provide unique guidance to parents when she is representing them in their case.
